The Vacuforce self-closing valve is an essential component for vacuum cup handling systems where multiple cups share the same vacuum source. This valve mounts directly onto the vacuum port of the vacuum cup, ensuring that if a cup is damaged or fails to seal against the load, the induced vacuum air flow closes the valve shut. This maintains the vacuum level in the remaining vacuum cups on the same circuit.
This adjustable valve can be used with various sizes of vacuum cups and on porous surfaces like cardboard or MDF paneling. It supports cup mounting using either the G1/4 female or G3/8 male thread. The brass adjustment screw allows for easy adjustments with the vacuum cup installed.
