and supply of pneumatic components. Pneuforce is a brand of Vacuforce LLC our parent company that is an engineering firm specializing in vacuum
lifting and gripping systems.

located?
Pneuforce is based at the Vacuforce headquarters in Indianapolis. Vacuforce LLC 933 Western
Drive, Indianapolis IN 46241, USA.
Where do products
ship from?
The primary warehouse is located in
Indianapolis IN. However, we have multiple shipping locations including
Michigan City IN, Chicago IL, and Rutherford NJ. Designated shipping locations
can be identified on product pages.
Where can products
ship to?
Pneuforce is capable of shipping products
around the globe using our preferred shipping supplier UPS. We accept
alternative customer shipping methods as well.
How do I purchase
on Pneuforce.com?
Pneuforce.com uses a familiar e-commerce
platform. Use the drop-down menus, pictures, or search bar to find your desired
part(s). Choose your quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. Your items
will then be populated in your cart at the top right of the page. To proceed
with a purchase, click on your cart and then click “Checkout”. Shipping and
payment details will follow.
How do I pay for
my order?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
on Pneuforce.com. We do not accept verbal or emailed credit card orders. You
may use your trading terms if you have an existing account with us. Payment details are
submitted at the end of the checkout process.
How can I track my
order?
You will receive order confirmations by
email after an order is placed. Email updates will follow. If you register an
account, you may track your orders under “My Account” -> “My Orders”.
Why should I
register an account?
Registering an account gives you access to
our CAD drawings, order statuses, and saves your shipping information for
future orders. You may also subscribe to our newsletter for promotions.
