Product Overview
One touch “push in” fittings are used to connect pneumatic tubing, such as polyurethane and nylon, to various control-valves, cylinders and other associated equipment. The Pneuforce fitting allows tubing to be connected and reconnected repeatedly without damaging the tube or fitting.- Fluid Medium Air

What is a push-to-connect fitting?
A push-to-connect fitting secures compatible pneumatic tubing when the tube is pushed into the release collar and internal gripping mechanism.
How is tubing removed?
Depress the release collar fully and pull the tubing straight out. Isolate system pressure before disconnecting any pneumatic line.
What tubing can be used?
Use tubing with the correct outside diameter and material recommended for the fitting series, such as compatible polyurethane or nylon pneumatic tubing.
Can these fittings be reused?
Yes. Tubing can normally be connected and released repeatedly when the tube end remains clean, round and undamaged.
Can they be used for vacuum?
Many Pneuforce push-to-connect fittings are suitable for vacuum service within the published pressure and material specifications.
How do I select the thread type?
Match the male or female thread to the equipment port and confirm whether the connection is NPT, BSPP, BSPT or another specified thread form.
How should the tube be prepared?
Cut the tubing squarely, remove burrs and ensure the outside surface is clean before pushing it fully into the fitting.
