Heavy Duty PU Traction Suction Cups

The SBF series of vacuum cups are designed to offer users a versatile solution for picking up on angled surfaces and adapting to products such as formed sheet steel with tight radii. These cups feature an aluminum male or female threaded fitting for easy connection to machinery and vacuum sources. Available in POLYURETHANE, a MARK FREE compound, these cups combine the flexibility of rubber with enhanced durability, making them ideal for handling pressed steel sheets and glass products. Standard Durometer is 60, with other grades available upon request.

The single bellows design provides slight vertical movement when vacuum is applied, aiding in sheet separation and ensuring compliance on concave and convex surfaces.
