BPE10 - 10 mm Nickel-Plated Brass Union Tee

The Pneuforce BPE10 is an all-metal nickel-plated brass union tee sized for 10 mm outside-diameter tubing. Its union tee layout provides a practical tube connection for compressed-air and vacuum equipment without introducing an unnecessary threaded port.

The fitting includes a positive Click-Click grip collar release feature, providing audible and tactile feedback when the collar is depressed during tube removal.

Industrial Nickel-Plated Brass Fitting

This B-Series all-metal fitting is intended for applications where plastic-bodied fittings may not be preferred. Nickel-plated brass provides excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding pneumatic and vacuum installations.

Fitting Function

A union tee joins three tube ends without a threaded port, creating a branch in a pneumatic or vacuum line.

Installation Note: Cut tubing squarely and push the tube fully into the fitting before pressurizing or applying vacuum. To remove tubing, depress the grip collar; the Click-Click release feedback helps confirm the collar has been disengaged for tube removal. Always confirm tubing compatibility for pressure, temperature and media.

Selecting and Installing This Fitting

For BPE10, match the specified 10 mm tubing outside diameter at every connection. Do not rely on approximate inch/metric equivalence without checking tubing tolerances. Cut the tubing squarely, insert it fully and leave access to the release collar. Check actual tubing pressure and temperature limits, which may be lower than the metal fitting limits.

No. The union tee joins three push-to-connect tubing ends without requiring a threaded machine port.

What tubing diameter fits the three openings?

BPE10 is specified for 10 mm outside-diameter tubing at its tube connections. Do not substitute a different outside diameter based only on nominal tube naming.

When should I use a union tee instead of a threaded tee?

Choose a union tee to branch an existing tube run. Choose a threaded tee when the branch must connect directly to a valve, cylinder or manifold port.

Can splitting one air line reduce the flow to each branch?

Yes. A tee divides the available supply between branches; pressure drop depends on tube length, diameter, demand and the upstream source. Check the circuit rather than assuming both branches receive unlimited flow.

Is this fitting suitable for compressed air and vacuum?

The published all-metal B-Series range is specified for compressed air and vacuum service, subject to compatible tubing, proper sealing and the limits of the assembled system. Other fluids need separate compatibility confirmation.

What are the pressure and temperature limits?

The published fitting-family limits extend from full vacuum to 176 psi (12 bar, as listed for the fitting family), with a fitting temperature range of -40 to +248 °F (-40 to +120 °C). Actual system limits also depend on tubing, seals and installation; do not treat these as fluid-compatibility certifications.
