1/8" Tube Inline Unidirectional Pneumatic Flow Control

The Pneuforce JSU1/8 JSU is an inline one-way flow control for 1/8" pneumatic tubing. Push-to-connect ports on both ends allow the control to be installed anywhere along a tube run when an accessible remote adjustment point is preferred.

An adjustable needle meters airflow in one direction while an internal check path allows free flow in the opposite direction. The JSU can be used to tune actuator or circuit speed without requiring a threaded connection at the component being controlled.

Inline One-Way Flow Adjustment

The JSU places an adjustable one-way restriction directly in the pneumatic tube run. This is useful when there is no convenient threaded mounting point, when actuator access is limited, or when the operator needs the adjustment control positioned away from the cylinder or valve.

Important: Check the flow direction marked on the valve body before installation. For actuator speed control, orient the JSU so the intended cylinder flow is metered in the required direction. Cut tubing squarely, push it fully into both fittings, and adjust the needle gradually during commissioning.
