6mm Tube × R1/2BSPT Right-Angle Meter-Out Pneumatic Flow Control

The Pneuforce JSC06-04 JSC speed controller combines a 6mm push-to-connect tube connection with a R1/2BSPT threaded port in a compact right-angle body. It is designed to mount directly at a pneumatic cylinder or actuator port for convenient speed adjustment.

The JSC is a one-way flow control. Exhaust flow from the actuator can be adjusted through the metering needle while reverse supply flow passes freely through the internal check path. This meter-out arrangement is commonly used to produce smoother, more stable cylinder motion.

Meter-Out Cylinder Speed Control

Mounted at the actuator port, the JSC meters exhausting air instead of simply throttling the supply line. Controlling exhaust flow helps create back pressure on the moving piston, which generally gives more stable and repeatable cylinder speed, especially when the load changes.

Important: Install the JSC in the intended flow orientation and adjust the needle gradually while the machine is operating at a safe test speed. Do not fully close the control unless the application has been designed for a blocked exhaust condition. Use clean, square-cut pneumatic tubing and the correct thread sealing method for the port type.
