Modular Joining Kits and Field-Change Thread Blocks

A matching MAXI XOFR filter-regulator and XOL lubricator can be joined with the FRLKIT-MAXI modular FRL joining kit. Each joining kit is size-specific: MINI, MIDI and MAXI kit bodies are not interchangeable. To change the connection thread size while retaining the MAXI modular component, select a compatible MAXI OHB replaceable port/thread block. Available MAXI thread blocks: OHB-MAXI-34 (3/4" NPT), OHB-MAXI-1 (1" NPT). This helps distributors and plant maintenance teams carry fewer complete FRL variants and configure the required NPT port size at the point of installation. Confirm the port block, seals, orientation and component compatibility before fitting.

Choosing the Correct Pneuforce FRL Component

XOR-MAXI-N34 is a standalone MAXI regulator with 3/4" NPT ports. It sets downstream air pressure but does not provide particulate filtration, condensate drainage or oil mist; add compatible XOF and XOL components if required by the machine.
