1 1/2 inch ID Hose Material Conveyor.

There are many uses for the VFMC series of vacuum material conveyors. The design of these venturi pumps, with coaxial venturi orifices inside the body, means that they are maintenance free - only requiring a suitable supply of compressed air to operate. Typical applications would be either dust or fume extraction or the conveyance of small parts. The model size required often depends on the parts being handled or conveyed but a model with an conveyance tube diameter slightly larger than the largest piece of product would be a good starting point. The higher the compressed air pressure, the stronger the conveying speed and force. It is recommended that the hose attached to the suction end is as short as possible so that the distance to the conveyor is minimised. It is easier to "blow" the product rather than to "suck" it up.
