20mm × 100mm × 1220mm Closed Cell Neoprene Foam Seal

The FMORSTRP20X100X1220-400D is a closed-cell neoprene foam seal for vacuum grippers, custom end-of-arm tooling and industrial sealing applications. Its broad contact area helps reduce leakage when gripping rough, uneven or textured product surfaces.

The foam is supplied as a separate strip/seal for fabrication or replacement in vacuum tooling and can be cut or incorporated into custom gripper designs as required.

Vacuum Sealing on Irregular Surfaces

Foam seals are used where a broad compliant contact area is preferred over individual suction cups. The closed-cell structure helps limit leakage while the foam compresses against variations in surface height and texture.
