This flexible red-silicone cup is intended for thin plastic film, bags and food packaging materials that deform under vacuum. Its multiple bellows help follow a changing pack surface.

This is primarily a soft-packaging cup, not a heavy-duty steel-stamping traction cup. For press-formed steel, compare SBF, SFF, STC, SOB and SOF by surface geometry and operating load.

The SBLP cup is red silicone. Vacuforce identifies its standard red silicone as FDA-compliant; validate complete application requirements and the particular food-contact conditions.

Match the cup size to the specified series fitting: SBLP30S uses SBLP-G02 (G1/4), SBLP40S uses SBLP-G03 (G3/8), and SBLP50S uses SBLP-G04 (G1/2).

Thin packaging can deform, wrinkle or obstruct a port. Test the available vacuum flow, cup contact and release timing on the actual product to avoid damaged packages.

Check film thickness, weight, contents movement, pack temperature, cycles per minute and vacuum release. Test at the intended acceleration and check for distortion or dropped packs.
