58CFM VACUUM FLOW

Vacuforce Multi-Cartridge Coaxial Vacuum Technology

58CFM Vacuforce VTM306-D-N-A Multi-Stage Venturi Generator with Integrated Non-Return Valve (NRV)

The Vacuforce VTM306-D-N-A is a complete multi-stage coaxial Venturi vacuum generator unit that utilizes 6 replaceable cartridges to deliver up to 58CFM of vacuum flow. It is designed for industrial automation, multi-cup handling and OEM machinery requiring efficient compressed-air vacuum generation. The integrated NRV retains vacuum in the downstream circuit when the Venturi is switched off, allowing vacuum to be maintained in hoses, manifolds, vessels and vacuum chambers without continuously consuming compressed air. This makes the -A model especially suitable for energy-saving vacuum control systems and applications using a separate vacuum on/off valve.

Why Choose the -A Model with Integrated NRV?

The internal non-return valve is used to retain vacuum in the downstream circuit when the Venturi generator is switched off. This prevents vacuum in hoses, manifolds, vessels and vacuum chambers from immediately bleeding back through the generator.

This is especially important when vacuum is controlled by a separate vacuum on/off valve, such as the Vacuforce VFDAVV or JZF Series, rather than by continuously switching the compressed-air supply to the Venturi.

When paired with an energy-saving vacuum switch, the generator can automatically cycle off after the required vacuum level is reached and restart only when vacuum falls below the set point. The integrated NRV maintains the downstream vacuum during the off cycle, reducing compressed-air consumption without releasing the held load or losing vacuum in the connected chamber.

Product Overview

The VTM Series combines multiple coaxial Venturi cartridge elements within a complete generator housing. This arrangement increases available vacuum flow while retaining the efficiency, reliability and serviceability of replaceable cartridge technology.

Unlike the standalone VT cartridge range, VTM models are assembled vacuum generator units ready for connection to the compressed-air supply and vacuum circuit.
