Modular Joining Kits and Field-Change Thread Blocks

A matching MINI XOFR filter-regulator and XOL lubricator can be joined with the FRLKIT-MINI modular FRL joining kit. Each joining kit is size-specific: MINI, MIDI and MAXI kit bodies are not interchangeable. To change the connection thread size while retaining the MINI modular component, select a compatible MINI OHB replaceable port/thread block. Available MINI thread blocks: OHB-MINI-18 (1/8" NPT), OHB-MINI-14 (1/4" NPT), OHB-MINI-38 (3/8" NPT). This helps distributors and plant maintenance teams carry fewer complete FRL variants and configure the required NPT port size at the point of installation. Confirm the port block, seals, orientation and component compatibility before fitting.

Choosing the Correct Pneuforce FRL Component

XOFR-MINI-N18-A combines particulate filtration, liquid-water separation and adjustable downstream pressure in one MINI unit. It uses 1/8" NPT connections and the 180 PSI nominal adjustment-class configuration with automatic float drain. A separate lubricator is only needed if the downstream equipment requires oil-mist lubrication.

Installation & Service Guidance

Install upstream of downstream valves and actuators, observe airflow direction and mount vertically. Set the outlet pressure while air is flowing, then lock the adjustment control where provided.
