1/8NPT Spare Thread Block Kit – MINI FRL Body

The Pneuforce OHB-MINI-18 spare thread block kit converts or replaces the threaded connection block on compatible MINI modular FRL components. It provides 1/8NPT inlet and outlet ports without requiring replacement of the complete filter, regulator or lubricator.

Designed as a direct service component, this kit helps distributors, machine builders and maintenance teams adapt existing inventory to a different pipe size, restore damaged threads and reduce equipment downtime.

Convert Port Size Without Replacing the FRL Component

The removable thread block design allows a compatible MINI filter, regulator, filter-regulator or lubricator to be adapted to 1/8NPT. This is especially useful for distributor stock flexibility, machine modifications and field repairs.

Installation & Service Guidance

Remove the existing threaded block from the compatible FRL body and install this replacement kit using the correct seals and fasteners. Isolate and fully depressurize the pneumatic system before service.
