ZFC Inline Filters

ZFC Inline Vacuum Filters for Vacuum Ejectors and Vacuum Cup Systems

Vacuforce ZFC inline vacuum filters provide compact, lightweight protection for vacuum ejectors, vacuum pumps and vacuum cup systems. Installed directly in the vacuum line, these filters help prevent dust, fibres and debris from entering downstream vacuum components.

The all-plastic construction reduces weight and resists corrosion, making ZFC filters ideal for robotic EOAT, pick-and-place automation, packaging systems and other vacuum handling applications where clean, reliable vacuum performance is required.

Key Features

  • All-plastic construction for low weight and corrosion resistance
  • Compact inline design for easy installation
  • Available with 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm push-in tube connections
  • Compatible with nylon, polyethylene (PE) and polyurethane (PU) tubing
  • Suitable for vacuum applications and positive pressure up to 1 bar / 14.7 PSI
  • Helps protect vacuum ejectors, pumps and tubing from dust and debris

Why Use an Inline Vacuum Filter?

Vacuum systems often draw dust, cardboard fibres, plastic particles and other contaminants through the suction cup or vacuum line. An inline vacuum filter captures this contamination before it reaches the vacuum ejector or pump, helping maintain consistent vacuum performance and reducing maintenance.

Common Applications

ZFC inline vacuum filters are suitable for point-of-use filtration in compact vacuum circuits and automated machinery.

  • Robotic pick-and-place
  • Packaging machinery
  • Vacuum cup handling systems
  • Vacuum ejector protection
  • EOAT vacuum circuits
  • General industrial automation

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an inline vacuum filter?

An inline vacuum filter is installed directly in the vacuum line to capture dust and debris before it reaches the vacuum ejector, pump or other vacuum components.

Where should a ZFC filter be installed?

Install the filter as close as practical to the vacuum cup or vacuum source to protect the system from contamination.

What tubing sizes are available?

ZFC inline filters are available with 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm push-in fitting connections.

Can ZFC filters be used with positive pressure?

Yes. They are suitable for vacuum service and positive pressure up to 1 bar / 14.7 PSI.
