The Pneuforce XOF-MINI-N18-A modular airline filter uses a MINI body with 1/8" NPT ports, a standard 40 micron element and an automatic float drain. It removes water droplets, dirt, rust and pipe scale from compressed air before contaminants reach downstream pneumatic equipment.

The modular design can be installed as a standalone filter or combined with compatible regulators and lubricators to form a complete FRL assembly for machinery and industrial automation.

Modular Joining Kits and Field-Change Thread Blocks

A matching MINI XOFR filter-regulator and XOL lubricator can be joined with the FRLKIT-MINI modular FRL joining kit. Each joining kit is size-specific: MINI, MIDI and MAXI kit bodies are not interchangeable. To change the connection thread size while retaining the MINI modular component, select a compatible MINI OHB replaceable port/thread block. Available MINI thread blocks: OHB-MINI-18 (1/8" NPT), OHB-MINI-14 (1/4" NPT), OHB-MINI-38 (3/8" NPT). This helps distributors and plant maintenance teams carry fewer complete FRL variants and configure the required NPT port size at the point of installation. Confirm the port block, seals, orientation and component compatibility before fitting.

Choosing the Correct Pneuforce FRL Component

Use XOF-MINI-N18-A ahead of pressure regulators, valves and actuators to remove dirt and entrained liquid droplets. Its 1/8" NPT ports and MINI body size determine pipe fit and modular compatibility; it does not dry water vapor from compressed air.

Installation & Service Guidance

Install the filter upstream of regulators, lubricators and sensitive pneumatic equipment. Observe the indicated airflow direction and mount the bowl vertically to support correct condensate separation and drain operation.

What does the XOF-MINI-N18-A air filter remove?

The 40 micron element captures particulate contaminants such as rust and pipe scale. The bowl also separates entrained liquid water; it does not remove dissolved water vapor or replace an air dryer.
