Modular Joining Kits and Field-Change Thread Blocks

A matching MIDI XOFR filter-regulator and XOL lubricator can be joined with the FRLKIT-MIDI modular FRL joining kit. Each joining kit is size-specific: MINI, MIDI and MAXI kit bodies are not interchangeable. To change the connection thread size while retaining the MIDI modular component, select a compatible MIDI OHB replaceable port/thread block. Available MIDI thread blocks: OHB-MIDI-38 (3/8" NPT), OHB-MIDI-12 (1/2" NPT), OHB-MIDI-34 (3/4" NPT). This helps distributors and plant maintenance teams carry fewer complete FRL variants and configure the required NPT port size at the point of installation. Confirm the port block, seals, orientation and component compatibility before fitting.

Choosing the Correct Pneuforce FRL Component

XOL-MIDI-N12 provides adjustable oil-mist lubrication for pneumatic components specifically designed to receive lubricated air. Install after the filter and regulator. The MIDI series has a published minimum airflow of 0.2 CFM (6 NL/min) for the oil-feed function; do not assume reliable lubrication at lower flow.
