VFSC3/8 Self-Closing Vacuum Valve

The VFSC3/8 automatically isolates a suction cup that is open to atmosphere or fails to seal against the product.

By closing the high-leak path, the valve helps the remaining engaged suction cups maintain vacuum, which is especially useful on grippers where product size or position changes from cycle to cycle.

Automatic Isolation of Unsealed Cups

When a cup is uncovered, the incoming air creates the flow condition that causes the valve to close. The common vacuum source is then protected from that open leak path.
